1. High leverage is one of the major advantages of Forex. But this can turn out to be a big disadvantage to some too. In the process of earning high, many go beyond the leverage level and lose.


2. lack of discipline in Forex can cost traders a lot. They keep on holding to their small loss and it results in a big loss. Sooner or later they lose their whole capital.


3. Unlike stock exchange, Forex looses can be known at instance. So, if you are there to trade at bad market times you are there to lose all.


4. A good Forex Trader always knows about his mistakes. If do not fall in this category then  hoping for big profit is useless.
                        The advantages that we got on Forex can stand out to be the greatest disadvantages for us. We must be careful enough to invest in Forex.
